This website is operated by Kandy Land. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Kandy Land. By purchasing products from our site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, aligned with UK Consumer Law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
A contract is formed between you and Kandy Land when your payment is successfully processed via Stripe and we confirm dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP £). Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on total parcel weight and applied during checkout before you place your order.
When purchasing Custom Mixes, customers are required to provide their sweet preferences in the specified notes field before checking out. While we make every reasonable effort to fulfill exact mix requests, specific sweet availability is subject to stock levels and may be substituted with similar confectionery items of equal or greater value.
Confectionery weight measurements are target estimations packed fresh per order. Due to slight variances in individual sweet sizes, minor weight fluctuations ($\pm 3\%$) may occur.
Nut-Free Environment: We do NOT handle, store, or process nuts or peanuts on our premises.
However, products are packed in an environment that handles other common food allergens, including Wheat (Gluten), Milk, Soy, and Sulphites. Customers with severe dietary requirements or allergies are advised to review all ingredient information or contact us directly prior to placing an order. Kandy Land cannot be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from cross-contamination of unlisted ingredients unless caused by gross negligence.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
